Background check is the process, which verifies truthfulness of the information provided by the candidates in their resumes or during the process of hire.
Background check
may be conducted to verify the following aspects:
Education
Prior places of employment
Existence of criminal record, being on a wanted list of the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, presence of administrative law violations*
Passport data and taxpayer’s identification number
Residential address per the system record and actual address where a person is currently residing
References from the prior places of employment
Credit history and any record of credit fraud
Other
* Certificate of state format will be issued stating that no criminal record has been found, and that the person is not on the wanted list of the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine
